My ICE WATER facial morning routine
1. Dunk face in ice water for 10 seconds
2. Do it a few more times (keep a rag nearby!)
3. Put on clay mask
4. Either put on a CBD facial beauty oil, or try a sheet mask! Either way is amazing but always make sure you moisturize after clay.
This routine has made by 34 year old skin OVERGLOW. It wakes me up and puts in a good mindstate for the day. I like to drink my coffee and stretch before or after this routine.
In all, it takes me around 20 minutes to complete this morning ice water facial routine.
